Prospective customers

Existing customers

If you are an existing customer and need to contact support, for questions about ordered products, or anything else, please reach out to service@pse.si and we’ll be happy to help you out! A member of our team will get back to you ASAP.

Cancel order

We can cancel the order if the warehouse has not yet started preparing your package. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the order and give you a full refund.

As soon as one of our agents receives your email, we will cancel your order and let you know.

If it has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. Simply refuse the package when the courier tries to deliver it. They will then return the order free of charge. We will inform you once we have received the returned item(s) and you will receive a refund in due course.

 

Change order

We can change the order if the warehouse has not yet started preparing your package. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can change the order and send you a new invoice or a partial refund.

Unless otherwise stated in a product, the shipping of items from Slovenia takes 3 to 10 business days, being shipped with GLS. Keep in mind that, being a Slovenian company, we follow the Slovenian national holiday calendar.

Customised products, require a full working day for processing. This means that the estimated delivery time will be one working day longer than usual. An updated delivery time will be given during the ordering process.

All parcels will be sent with GLS.

Manufacturer warranty period will vary according to product. Information is listed on the item’s website product page, spec sheet and manual. If you are having trouble finding warranty details for specific product please contact us at sales@pse.si

From our .eu shop, we ship to the continental EU countries and to: Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania.
